Michael is part of the Performance & Technology area at AlixPartners, helping clients to transform their business, improve performance and overcome strategic and operational challenges to enable further growth.
He is specialized in Business transformation, delivering value and expertise in Reorganizations and operating model change programs, cost reduction and performance improvement in both, SG&A and core business areas.
With 14 years of experience in Consulting and Industry roles, Michael supported clients across different industries, with a focus on Industrial and Automotive companies. Example projects include transformation of different large and medium sized companies, post-merger-integration as well as definition of growth strategies.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Michael worked for Strategy consulting companies, such as Accenture and Roland Berger. His experience also includes industry roles at Siemens and in start-up.
Michael holds an MBA from London Business School, a Diploma in Business Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Wurzburg-Schweinfurt and a BSC in Engineering and Management from the Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh.
