Emile is the Global Product Lead for Technology Innovation & Platforms at AlixPartners, where he oversees product squads and a portfolio of digital and AI-enabled products that help clients unlock value, accelerate performance, and scale impact across industries. A hands-on operator with a bias for execution, he focuses on translating strategy into scalable products and repeatable playbooks that drive measurable outcomes.
He joined AlixPartners in 2018 as a consultant and went on to found and lead the firm’s Innovation Lab from 2019 to 2024, where he built and managed four cross-functional teams dedicated to developing and commercializing technology solutions that enhance delivery, profitability, and EBITDA impact. During that time, he conceived and launched several enterprise platforms, including Elevation, Radial, BIC Request, and the Integrated Case Platform, now used in thousands of client engagements and delivering measurable financial and operational results.
With more than 15 years of experience spanning consulting, product management, and digital transformation, Emile combines strategic and technical depth with a portfolio-building mindset. Earlier in his career, he led large-scale technology and transformation programs for Fortune 100 and high-growth companies, including the launch of a global lead-distribution platform for a $4.8 billion AUM real-estate firm enabling $185 billion+ in transactions, a next-generation CRM for a $24 billion financial-services company driving a 20% revenue lift, and predictive analytics and pricing platforms that catalyzed multi-fold growth and EBITDA expansion for Fortune 50 clients.
He brings deep expertise in platform strategy, AI-driven innovation, and global talent leadership, having built and scaled teams across the U.S., Mexico, Argentina, Bangladesh, and the Philippines. Known for fostering entrepreneurial, high-ownership cultures, Emile integrates technology, data, and business strategy to create durable enterprise value.
He holds an MBA from American University’s Kogod School of Business and a certification in Blockchain, Bitcoin & Cryptocurrencies from UC Berkeley. Emile is fluent in French, Arabic, and SQL, and conversational in Japanese.
