Lindsay is a Director in the Investigations, Disputes & Advisory practice at AlixPartners, and is based in Dallas. Lindsay has deep experience helping  clients analyze and resolve complex accounting matters as well as quantifying economic damages in commercial disputes. She has also assisted a variety of clients in matters before the Securities and Exchange Commission stemming from allegations of improper financial reporting and auditor misconduct.

Lindsay has conducted forensic accounting investigations and supported clients in resolving post-closing transactional disputes arising from alleged inaccuracies in historical financial statements. Her experience spans several industries including manufacturing, media and entertainment, financial services, and healthcare.

Prior to AlixPartners, Lindsay was with a boutique consulting firm in Dallas. She began her career in Deloitte's Audit & Assurance practice and has experience conducting audits of financial statements and internal controls over financial reporting in accordance with AICPA and PCAOB standards.

Lindsay holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi, is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
