Frank specializes in driving systemic organizational development, helping businesses navigate transformation across strategy, structure, culture, and leadership.

He has deep expertise in organizational design, strategic capability management, and creating and implementing leadership and talent development programs. Frank primarily works with automotive manufacturers and their suppliers, enabling them to adapt and excel in dynamic markets.

Before transitioning to consulting, Frank gained hands-on management experience in both a large German corporation and a mid-sized company. He later spent several years as a partner at the Malik Management Zentrum St. Gallen.

Frank holds an intermediate diploma in economics from the University of Konstanz, a degree in business administration from the University of Zurich, and a doctorate from the University of St. Gallen.
