With well-rounded experience in pharmaceuticals, industrials, retail, and private equity, he has worked with senior client leadership to create winning commercial strategies, plan and execute M&A, and design successful organizational transformations that drive cash flow and enhance long-term performance.

Zach graduated with honors from Macalester with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. Before joining AlixPartners, Zach was at Berkeley Research Group where he specialized in advanced analytics and applied econometrics. In his free time, Zach enjoys playing soccer, watching football, and spending time with his Giant Schnauzer.

• Worked with major retail pharmacy client to develop store footprint transformation plan, with focus on maximizing cash flow accretion of store real estate decisions and overhauling existing market strategy framework
• Worked with global industrial client to strategically simplify portfolio, improve return on inventory investment, and maximize sustainable aftermarket cash flow
• Worked with major pharmaceutical client to plan and execute asset carveout transformation and subsequent divestitures
