Vincent Muniere

Vincent brings 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry by having worked on both the vendor and operator sides.

He has been engaged across the telecommunications value chain by serving in senior management roles for major vendors and operators by taking an operational and hands-on perspective and leading several transformations on both the technology and organizational fronts.

Vincent’s roles have covered the areas of operations, engineering, presales, network planning, R&D, and service delivery on both mobile and fixed networks. During his tenure at SFR, a major telco in France, he gained both strategic and hands-on experience in navigating through disruptions, managing large mergers, building a vision, and driving large teams to execute on that vision.

He was also senior vice president of network and operational support system engineering, managing a team of more than 900 people. He was also with Ekinops, a telecommunications vendor in the field of optical transport, enterprise connectivity, and software-defined networking, serving such customers such as Orange and Marlink.​

Vincent has a Master of Engineering in telecommunications, economics, project management, and signal processing from Télécom Paris. He is an agile professional leader certified by Scrum.org.​
