Jason Louie

Jason is a Partner with AlixPartners' Operating Model and Organizational Transformation team based out of Los Angeles. He has over 14 years of combined consulting experience across BCG and Deloitte Consulting and has worked in 12 countries.

At AlixPartners, Jason focuses on bringing both effectiveness and efficiency to organizations as an expert across transformation topics, including cost strategy/takeout, growth, and operating model design.

At BCG, Jason was a Partner within the Financial Institutions, Insurance, and People & Organization practices in the West with deep experience supporting clients across topics, including org design, enterprise strategy articulation, op model transformation, customer journey reimagination, and agile ways of working as a Certified Scrum Master.

With Deloitte Strategy & Operations, He served Fortune 500 Financial Services, Tech, and Media companies on a wide range of projects including business model transformation, operational efficiency, customer experience, and growth strategy.

Jason has an MBA from Columbia Business School and studied Industrial Engineering and Operations Research at UC Berkeley, where he also served as a student body Senator and played saxophone for the Cal Band.
