Zainne has over 7 years of experience providing corporate finance advisory services to a range of consumers across the Consumer, TMT and Business Services sectors to facilitate their equity and debt needs. Clients have ranged from founder-managed businesses to large listed businesses and also include European Private Equity houses.
Previous experience includes the M&A teams at DC Advisory, Canaccord Genuity, Financo and Societe Generale and this has enabled him to cover a variety of transaction structures and business types.
Zainne has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University College London and is also a mentor to aspiring investment banking candidates for Wall Street Oasis.
