In his more than five years of restructuring experience at Roland Berger, he designed and executed restructuring concepts and implemented sustainable measures across industries such as automotive, energy, and industrial goods.
Additionally, his private-equity engagement at PwC included conducting more than 30 commercial due diligence projects across diverse industries. Florian applies analytical rigor to business model evaluations, business planning, and liquidity planning to deliver actionable insights and sustainable solutions.
Florian has a Master of Science in corporate finance from Bayes Business School in London. He is fluent in German and English.
