Yas has over 15 years of consulting and industry experience, accelerating strategic agendas and driving measurable results for businesses going through change.
He has advised multiple sellers and buyers of carved-out businesses (ranging from $100m~$1b+ in revenue) – devising practical and trackable strategies and seeing deals from diligence through to value creation. Yas also served as the Head of Strategy/BD for a global carved-out medical devices business, where he led a series of strategic initiatives and transformations globally to accelerate core growth and drive operating margin expansion.
In addition to carve-out situations, Yas has supported businesses maximize value through high-impact organic and inorganic events such as tuck-in acquisitions, operating model redesigns, and product line rationalizations.
Yas earned his Masters in Business Administration from Cornell University’s Johnson School.
