Adam partners with his Clients across all sectors including TMT, Retail, Professional Services and Financial Services in key moments to modernize their Technology teams, products and infrastructure. He specializes in Cloud & Infrastructure with experience across Cloud Strategy, Business Cases, Sourcing, Migration, Modernization, Operating Model, Cloud & Developer Platforms, FinOps and Transformation Management. 

Adam is a Certified FinOps Practitioner, Member of the British Computer Society and certifications across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, ITIL and Red Hat. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies from Kingston University, London.

Career Highlights:

  • Leading the Cloud & Infrastructure Strategy and $200m+ Cloud Sourcing Negotiation for a Global $2bn+ Technology Business following a major acquisition. Negotiated a $30m+ one-time investment from a Major Cloud Provider. Led the subsequent detailed discovery and migration of 3,000+ custom built services.
  • Establishing the FinOps Capability for a UK £10bn+ Retailer including Custom Dashboards and operating model reducing annual Cloud spend by 20%.
  • Developing the Cloud Exit Strategy for a Global €30bn+ Financial Services Business to satisfy the requirements of multiple regulators.
  • Designing & leading the outsourcing of Infrastructure & Operations Services for a UK £10bn+ Turnover Retailer including negotiation of a £200m+ agreement delivering over £75m of Net Benefit over 5 years.
  • Assessing the $100m+ annual Cloud Spend of a Large UK Public Sector Department identifying $8m+ of incremental savings.
