Harsh brings over 13 years of experience in the industry and leading global consulting firms. He has advised SWFs and PE investors, consumer and retail businesses, and aerospace and defense companies in the Middle East, India, and Europe.
His work focuses on driving business growth and transformation. He helps clients design and implement enterprise-wide performance improvement and value creation programs, develop future-ready operating models, and unlock long-term value through strategic business planning.
Before joining AlixPartners, he had worked with Simon-Kucher and Cisco Systems.
Harsh has a Bachelor of Technology with Honours from the Indian Institute of Information Technology and an MBA from IESE Business School
