With more than 10 years of global professional experience in power generation, heavy industries as well as consumer goods, Peter has gained vast experience in the areas of operations transformations including manufacturing-footprint redesign, operations strategies, and implementation of operation efficiency programs.
Peter has a track-record of more than 15 successful company transformations and diagnostics of over 100 production facilities across the globe. Examples of past projects include enhancing production capacity by >30% and reducing cost by >20%.
Prior to his career in consulting, Peter worked at Lufthansa Technik and WIKA on lean optimization topics.
Peter holds a Master of Science in industrial engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany and Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden.
