With over a decade of experience spanning corporate, nonprofit, and public sectors, she brings a multidisciplinary approach to driving impact amid the world's ever-evolving corporate social responsibility landscape — with focuses on strategic planning, leadership engagement, communications, program design, and partnerships.
Her expertise derives from a diverse portfolio leading communications strategies across sectors, including as the lead for AlixPartners' Employer Brand Marketing strategy on responsible business, transforming digital fundraising, storytelling, and marketing as the Assistant Director of Communications at Her Justice, and driving financial institution partnerships, reporting, and creative program content for the Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund. She's also held public service roles with the City of Poughkeepsie and United Way of Dutchess-Orange Region.
Kelsey holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communications and Political Science from Marist University, where she was recognized for academic excellence and civic engagement. She is passionate about building equitable systems, fostering community partnerships, and engaging teams to realize value creation that drives meaningful change.
