Franklin Grosvenor is a seasoned corporate development and operations executive with more than two decades of leadership experience across the technology industry.

He serves as a Partner & Managing Director in AlixPartners’ M&A and Transaction Advisory practice, following his impactful tenure as a Senior Advisor.

Franklin specializes in translating strategy into measurable business outcomes, with a proven track record of delivering growth, operational efficiency, and successful business transformations across Fortune 500 companies. His expertise spans corporate development, M&A, venture investment, business transformation, go-to-market strategy, and technology services.

He has led some of the world’s largest sell-side separation and carve-out transactions, as well as numerous buy-side merger integration programs. His technology sector experience includes networking, application software, technology services, data center infrastructure, and cloud computing.

Prior to joining AlixPartners, Franklin held senior roles at Amazon Web Services, including Head of Worldwide Sales Productivity Programs and Strategy & Operations Lead for the Enterprise & Industry Verticals Business Development organization. He also held multiple leadership positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, including Vice President of M&A Integration and Vice President, General Manager of Mobile Application & User Experience Design Services where he helped grow the business by over 300% in less than 24 months.

Franklin holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Drucker School of Management, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class, and a BA in Economics and Business from Westmont College, where he was a two-time selection to the Men’s Soccer All-America Team.
