Michael is an expert at leading workforce optimization initiatives and has managed numerous relocations, outsourcing and nearshoring projects and negotiated with respective employee representation stakeholders.
He has gained extensive industry experience across the business services, IT services, media and digital as well as automotive supplier sectors. Before joining AlixPartners, he managed portfolio companies at renowned private equity firms such as Aequita, Auctus and Droege.
