Prior to joining AlixPartners, Hillary served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Syneos Health, where she led a comprehensive transformation of the HR function during the company’s transition from public to private equity ownership. Her leadership was instrumental in establishing and executing a people strategy that fostered an inclusive and high-performing culture.
Before Syneos, Hillary spent more than two decades at Accenture, beginning her career in management consulting and then moving into the company's HR function, taking on senior HR roles across multiple global business units. Her expertise spans HR operations, resource planning, and the implementation of enterprise-wide technology solutions. She is known for her ability to navigate complex organizational models and lead large, global teams through periods of growth and change.
