He has 25 years of experience as an executive, advisor, restructuring manager, and investor in the healthcare, consumer products, business services, energy, and technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. In addition to serving as chief financial officer (CFO) for multiple companies, Mark has been an advisor to companies by providing restructuring, M&A, capital markets, and accounting services for management teams and boards. 

Interim management, performance improvement, business plan development, cost reduction programs, and vendor negotiations are among the critical areas he has presided over for stressed companies. ​

Mark has an MBA in finance and accounting from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.

Relevant Experience:

  • As an advisor to Vyaire Medical, a medical device manufacturer with $300mm in annual revenue and over 1,000 employees globally, Mark helped lead the Company through Chapter 11, which included the sale of the core business units to multiple buyers and the subsequent wind down of the remaining entities.​
  • Led cash management throughout the engagement with oversight of treasury, vendor management, tax and FP&A functions​.
  • Served as restructuring advisor to Cano Health, a primary care provider focused on Medicare patients with $600mm in annual revenue​.
  • Developed business planning and forecasting capabilities with the FP&A team; and assisted the Company’s new CFO with tax, accounting, audit, vendor management and treasury needs​.
  • While serving as Interim CFO of a private label manufacturer of consumer goods with 1,200 employees and $700 million in revenue; Mark oversaw an operational and financial restructuring that reduced costs by 5% and outstanding debt by 33%.​
  • Navigated Vice Media, a digital media and broadcasting company with $600 million in revenue, through the Chapter 11 process and subsequent sale to their senior secured credit group as interim CFO.
  • Served as CFO of publicly traded Sito Mobile (Nasdaq: SITO) and Harte Hanks (NYSE: HHS) and as restructuring advisor to companies in the printing, media and agricultural industries​.
