Tim combines deep expertise in restructuring and corporate finance, advising companies through critical and complex situations. He has worked across a broad range of industries, including retail, e-commerce, industrial manufacturing, technology, shipbuilding, healthcare, and automotive. His work often involves managing the complexities of liquidity and financially driven distress situations.
Tim’s experience covers liquidity management, working capital optimization, restructuring concepts and option analyses (including integrated business planning), as well as corporate finance advisory (M&A and debt) in both stressed and non-stressed environments. He also supports finance functions in driving functional improvements (e.g., in Controlling).
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Tim worked at a leading German consultancy and a European mid-market investment bank. He holds a Master of Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
