For more than 10 years, Andrew has specialized in turnarounds, transformations, and restructurings across a variety of companies and situations from late-stage start-ups to large multinational organizations. He partners with management teams, boards and other stakeholders to rapidly assess situations, develop actionable financial and operational plans, and execute initiatives that stabilize operations and drive sustainable performance improvement.
Andrew’s experience spans healthcare, manufacturing, media, transportation and shipping, technology and communications, and oil and gas. He has deep expertise across all aspects of turnarounds and transformations – including business plan development, performance improvement, liquidity management, and evaluating strategic alternatives.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Andrew was an investment officer at J. Bush & Co., where he conducted fundamental equity research and financial analysis across a broad set of industries and public companies.
Andrew received an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University, concentrations in accounting, finance and strategy and a BA in economics from Yale University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
