Miguel's areas of expertise include procurement mergers and acquisitions, rapid negotiation programs, design-to-value/technical cost reductions and categories like engineered products, electronics and chemicals.
In his industry roles prior to consulting, he worked alongside critical suppliers across cultures and continents to deliver the world’s most complex industrial products at ASML, a global leader in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and Vestas, a global leader in renewable energy solutions.
