Patrick has 10 years of cross-industry experience in organizational transformation. He delivers end-to-end change from target operating model design, to performance improvement measures, implementation management and cultural change.
Before joining AlixPartners’, Patrick worked in the consulting industry with a dual focus on corporate strategy (including growth, competitiveness, due diligence) and performance improvement (including reorganization, process optimization, cost reduction, workforce optimization, GenAI rollout, customer service improvement, performance management, cultural change, post-merger integration). His industry experience includes projects in Insurance, Health Care, Telecommunications, Defense, Private Equity and the Public Sector. In particular, he has led several company-wide transformations and quick strike cost reduction projects for large German insurance companies.
