Sebastian has over a decade of experience in the automotive sector, specializing in the interface between technology and operations, as well as technology project recovery, particularly in software-defined vehicles. As Partner at Berylls by AlixPartners, he leads operational excellence programs and strategic initiatives for global automotive clients.
Project examples include: Plant turnaround for wiring harness supplier; target operating model design for leading ADAS supplier; operational excellence program for LiDAR supplier
Before joining Berylls by AlixPartners, Sebastian worked for Strategy& and the BMW Group in R&D and strategy roles, as well as a management trainee.
He holds a Master’s degree in Management from the Technical University of Munich and a Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Computer Science and Avionics.
