Bożena brings over 25 years of experience working with consumer-facing businesses to maximise performance, both in terms of cost optimisation, as well as driving growth.  She has significant experience working with UK and global, private and publicly traded consumer products and retail organisations.

Bożena is experienced in assessing, defining and delivering solutions to complex business challenges.  Her strength is in delivering large and complex transformation programmes, with particular expertise in defining enterprise and functional operating models, working shoulder to shoulder with client leaders to design the future processes, organization structures, governance and ways of working to deliver measurable and lasting performance improvement, in line with strategic and operational priorities.

In addition to a long tenure as a management consultant, Bożena has held senior commercial and strategy roles within a number of international consumer and retail organisations.

Bożena holds an MBA from INSEAD and received a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from Duke University.
