Will serves as a trusted advisor to utilities, power developers, oil & gas companies, and industrials, helping clients to improve profitability and successfully position their firms as the energy industry has fundamentally transformed over the past two decades. Will works closely with client executives to support operating model transformation, process improvement, performance management, and strategy development.
Will has deep experience facilitating growth, driving transformation, and leading transactions. He has held several executive roles including Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer for a distribution company and Senior Vice President, Corporate Development for a private financial investment company. Will’s operational roles have included oversight of multiple corporate functions including M&A, Strategy, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and IT.
A graduate of The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Texas A&M University, Will is an active member of the Dallas community and has authored multiple viewpoints on the future of commodity trading, managing risk in the energy transition, and next generation operating models.
