Specifically, Erik has extensive experience in optimizing working capital utilization, implementing SIOP processes, improving financial controls, accelerating reporting cadences, and reorganizing finance department staffing plans.
Erik has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BA and BS in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
