Ryan has 8+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, including advising on transactions across Mainstream M&A, Accelerated M&A, and Capital Advisory. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
He began his career in Deloitte’s Corporate Finance division before joining Teneo as part of CVC Capital Partners’ acquisition of Deloitte’s Advisory and Restructuring practice.
