Throughout his career, Philipp has successfully led and executed numerous high-stakes transactions, guiding clients through every dimension of the deal lifecycle–from developing compelling equity stories and driving financial and strategic planning to navigating refinancing processes and leading Transaction Service Agreement (TSA) and Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) negotiations. His hands-on, end-to-end approach ensures that transactions are not only closed, but structured for lasting value creation.
Beyond transactions, Philipp has established himself as a go-to advisor for CFO-function transformation, having led complex initiatives across restructuring, refinancing, financial reporting and controlling, as well as headcount and SG&A cost optimization. His ability to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution enables him to drive measurable results in the most demanding business environments.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Philipp served as an Investment Banker at Lazard, where he honed his expertise in complex financial advisory, and as CFO of the ARIVE Group, where he led the company's financial strategy and operations firsthand. This combination of advisory and executive leadership experience gives him a distinctive perspective that resonates with both boardrooms and management teams alike.
