Robert guides companies through large-scale transformation and value creation programs by delivering readily implementable strategic and operational solutions across operating model and organizational design. He primarily supports clients in the industrial goods & automotive, energy, banking and life sciences sectors.
Robert has ~10 years of experience with a strong focus on performance improvement, SG&A and overhead cost reduction, restructuring, enterprise and functional operating model transformation, as well as shared services and center of expertise design. He works closely with C-level executives to drive measurable impact across cost, growth, and organizational effectiveness, ranging from zero-based organization design and process re-engineering to digitization and new ways of working.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Robert worked at Accenture Strategy, where he focused on large-scale transformation, cost optimization, and operating model design. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Management and Technology from the Technical University of Munich (TUM), with an international exchange at Grenoble École de Management.
