Dan brings over two decades of consulting experience to support Government Services, Defense and Commercial Aerospace companies in solving their most challenging problems and creating value. His clients include the largest OEMs and primes, tier 1 and tier 2 suppliers, pureplay and embedded services companies.
Dan brings expertise across organization design, operating models, talent and transformation. He has advised clients across the A&D industry as well as broader industrials, automotive, medical technology, telecommunications and hospitality. He has also worked extensively with clients on M&A, value creation and growth strategy and has led several large-scale merger integrations.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Dan was a Senior Partner at Bain & Company.
