Her experience spans a broad range of restructuring levers, including reduction instruments, communication strategies, works‑council negotiations, and sensitive employee separation discussions.
In addition, Verena brings strong private‑equity experience, having supported multiple due‑diligence processes across industries and advised PE investors on critical workforce‑ and transformation‑related aspects of investment decisions.
