Katrina is a seasoned financial leader with extensive experience across various lines of businesses, both domestically and internationally. Her expertise spans Retail, Media, Studio as well as Corporate, enabling her to navigate diverse business dynamics and challenges while planning for strategic growth tailored for each industry and market.
During her tenure at The Walt Disney Company, Katrina spent time abroad as CFO of UK, Emerging Markets, and Studio for EMEA responsible for financial planning and commercial partnership to drive growth across all businesses while mitigating risk. She worked closely with the Commercial leaders to ensure initiatives were identified and implemented.
Katrina led the Finance Integration, Transformation, and Engagement office to execute the acquisition of 20th Century Fox. Post-integration, leveraging her breadth of experience, Katrina focused on transforming systems, tools, and processes, as well as creating company-wide initiatives to strengthen people engagement.
Katrina is a native of Los Angeles, California but resided in Europe for 14 years both in London and Paris. Katrina is known for her inspirational “can-do” spirit and pragmatic energy and finds it rewarding to give back and share her knowledge and experience with teams and individuals striving for success, whether the goals are commercial, organizational, or individual development.
