Manar is a hands-on advisor with 20 years of experience spanning management consulting, M&A, and operational leadership in the Commercial Aerospace industry. He partners with Private Equity firms, OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, and executive leadership teams to tackle their most complex operational and strategic challenges.
Manar's expertise is anchored in two complementary domains. In operations, he specializes in supply chain transformation, manufacturing performance, cost reduction, and large-scale operating model redesign. He brings particularly deep expertise in aerostructures, built through both direct industry experience and consulting engagements spanning the full value chain. In M&A, he brings deep experience across the full transaction lifecycle, including buy- and sell-side operational due diligence, carve-outs, and post-merger integration, with a strong track record of identifying and capturing value creation opportunities in complex aerospace assets.
Prior to his consulting career, Manar held management roles in the Aerospace industry, bringing first-hand operational perspective to his client work. He holds an engineering degree from ENSAM ParisTech and an MBA from HEC Paris.
