With more than eight years of global business experience, Tim has led major projects with a particular focus on post-merger integration, carve-outs, performance improvement, and corporate controlling. He combines a pragmatic and hands-on approach with strong analytical rigor, enabling clients to navigate complex situations and realize tangible EBITDA, cash flow, and operational improvements. He frequently operates in interim management settings with full operational and financial accountability.
Tim studied in Erlangen-Nuremberg, Duesseldorf, Minneapolis, and New York and holds an MBA in management and finance from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management
