Christopher is a turnaround and restructuring expert advising corporates, private equity investors, and financial stakeholders across complex transformation and special situation engagements.
His experience spans from liquidity forecasting, cash office setup and steering, and integrated business planning to whole‑company turnarounds, operational performance improvement programs, and cash‑driven restructurings, including distressed M&A and operational due diligences. Working closely with management teams and investors, Christopher drives the implementation of execution‑focused initiatives such as operational improvements, cost reduction programs, and carve‑out preparation. His work is primarily concentrated in advanced manufacturing, automotive and mobility, and other asset‑intensive industries.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Christopher worked in Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy at EY‑Parthenon. He holds an MSc from EBS University of Business and Law and an LL.M. in Corporate Restructuring from Ruprecht‑Karls‑Universität Heidelberg.
