Mitch is a Licensed Insolvency Trustee and a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional and earned his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. As a respected expert in his field, he has spoken at numerous insolvency conferences and has written articles on restructuring topics for CA Magazine, American Bankruptcy Institute, Commercial Insolvency Reporter and the Law Society of Ontario.
