Ye has advised clients across a variety of industries and works closely with management teams, legal counsel, lenders, and other stakeholders to address critical business challenges and support transformation initiatives.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Ye spent more than a decade in consulting, strategy, and energy-related advisory roles. His experience includes corporate strategy, business planning, financial modeling, transaction evaluation, and operational improvement initiatives. This combination of restructuring and industry experience allows him to bring both analytical rigor and practical execution to client engagements.
Ye is a CFA charterholder and holds master's degrees in Petroleum Engineering and Chemical Engineering.
