In addition to representing distressed businesses and their creditors, Bobby has been retained to represent interests of Canadian provinces, Boards of Directors, employee groups, class action groups and others. Bobby has also been retained on numerous cross-border restructurings and provides advisory services on US restructurings.

Bobby is a Licensed Insolvency Trustee and a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional. He is a member of the Insolvency Institute of Canada, which recognizes Canada’s leading restructuring professionals. He holds an MBA and a BA from the University of Toronto. Bobby has authored several articles on insolvency matters and has been consistently recognized by “Who’s Who Legal” as a leading North American “thought leader” in the field of insolvency and restructuring.
