Gianluca has over 25 years of experience in strategic, commercial, and business consulting in the automotive, retail and consumer goods, and private equity sectors.
His work in the automotive sector includes designing and executing transformation and growth programs for manufacturers' distribution networks, independent multi-brand networks, short and long-term rental. Gianluca has particular expertise in the world of smart & urban mobility.
In the private equity field, he carries out due diligence, integration plans and EBITDA improvement in various sectors, with particular attention to the automotive industry and components.
Gianluca holds a Degree in Economics from Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he held senior roles in the automotive practice of two major international consulting firms.
