Todd brings more than 15 years of strategic finance and restructuring experience, advising companies through liquidity challenges, operational disruption, and complex capital structure events.
He has deep expertise in 13-week cash flow forecasting, financial and scenario analysis, creditor diligence, and Chapter 11 execution. Todd has advised executive leadership and creditor constituencies in high-stakes situations and has led cross-functional turnaround initiatives focused on liquidity, working-capital improvement, cost reduction, and enterprise-wide process transformation.
Todd has served clients across the Aerospace & Defense, Oil & Gas, and Retail & Distribution industries. He is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) and a member of the Turnaround Management Association’s NextGen Dallas/Fort Worth chapter. Todd earned an MBA with a concentration in finance from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor’s degree in management from Baylor University.
