Alexa Angotti

Alexa Angotti is a Partner and Head of Operations for AlixPartners’ Risk Advisory practice. She works with global and regional leaders to align business strategy, commercial initiatives, and operational execution. She plays a central role in supporting the global growth of the business, strengthening connectivity across markets and industry sectors, and helping teams deliver client impact.

Alexa's leadership is informed by her client service experience advising companies, boards, management teams, and counsel on complex accounting, financial, and dispute-related matters. Prior to assuming her current role, she advised clients on accounting, litigation, transaction, and financial consulting matters, including commercial disputes involving breach of contract claims, post-acquisition disputes, representations and warranties disputes, working capital adjustments, earn-out matters, and fraud investigations.  

Her experience spans a broad range of industries, including consumer products, life sciences, industrial markets, food and distribution, chemicals, and construction. Before joining AlixPartners, Alexa was an auditor with KPMG, where she served consumer and industrial companies.  

In addition to her Risk Advisory leadership responsibilities, Alexa serves as the Global Leader of AlixPartners' Caregivers and Parents Employee Resource Group (CAPE). She is a passionate advocate for working parents and caregivers and champions initiatives that support professional development, parental and caregiver resources, inclusion, mentorship, and community across the firm.
