He had led several complex engagements helping firms optimize their Services, R&D, IT, and global sourcing strategies. Aravind’s expertise encompasses organization structure optimization, process reengineering, outsourcing, process benchmarking, and global strategic sourcing. He held operational leadership roles at Infosys and Xerox, managing their global operations and defining the firms’ strategies.
Aravind has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. He is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter.
