Cornelia specializes in providing hands-on strategic as well as operational consulting for clients in the retail, consumer goods, and media industries. With more than 20 years of business experience, she has specific expertise in the areas of efficiency improvement, business strategy, process optimization, and marketing and sales. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Cornelia was with the Migros Group, heading a sales region and the strategic development of Migros's retail channels, and advised national and international clients at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. She started her professional career at Kraft Foods, in key account management and serving as a member of the executive board for the Swiss market.
Cornelia has an MBA in business administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
