Clemente has more than 25 years of experience in executive management, interim executive roles, and strategic consulting. His focus areas are growth, performance improvement, consolidations, and change management projects across several industries such as industrial products, oil & gas, business services, and utilities, which he served both as an advisor and in executive positions. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Clemente was CEO of Thüga Italia and a board member of other energy companies in Italy, where he led several successful consolidation and performance improvement initiatives. He has further served clients in various strategic, growth, and operational projects and interim-CEO roles.
