Christoph advises companies in major transformation projects, providing readily implementable strategic and operational consulting for clients in the insurance and financial services industries. He has more than 25 years of consulting and senior executive experience with a specific focus on product strategy development, business portfolio transformation and operational turnaround. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he worked for Zurich Insurance Group, most recently as the Chief Underwriting Officer covering retail and commercial P&C insurance portfolios. Before joining Zurich, he worked for more than 10 years as a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton and Oliver Wyman Financial Services.
