SUMMARY
Conor has over 15 years of experience assisting management teams through financial restructurings, operational due diligence and complex M&A processes across numerous industries including technology, infrastructure, oil and gas, real estate and hospitality. Conor has extensive experience in critical areas of the restructuring process including business plan development, cash flow modeling, due diligence, valuation, financial planning, and sale of assets. He has a demonstrated ability to lead teams across all levels of client organizations, whether navigating complex restructuring processes or in the pursuit of growth-focused strategic alternatives.
Prior to moving to the US in 2012, Conor was a workout banker in London, where he managed the bank's distressed exposure to the UK hospitality sector. Conor has a Masters from ESSEC Business School in Paris and a B.A. in business from Trinity College Dublin. He was named to the ABI class of 40 Under 40 for 2020 and has received industry recognition for his teams’ role in the Avaya (TMA) and Sungard (The Deal) restructurings.
