Cam has more than 25 years of executive and consulting experience leading a variety of initiatives that have included technology modernization, SG&A optimization, and enhancement of technology capabilities to better support operations improvement.
His key areas of expertise are assessment of technology functions in various phases of the transaction cycle and the design of target operating models and execution plans to enhance performance and reduce costs. Cam’s clients also benefit from his deep experience in defining cross-functional transition service agreements (TSAs) for complex carve-out transactions.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Cam was a general manager at HP Enterprise Services, where he led infrastructure and application delivery operations and growth initiatives for several global clients; he also was director of corporate strategy at EDS and chief operating officer of a high-growth software development firm.
