Denise has more than 20 years of financial and operational experience in providing contingency planning, interim management, restructuring advisory, stakeholder management, counterparty negotiations, claims resolution, investigative and litigation services across a wide range of industries such as public utility, retail, logistics and transportation, homebuilding, manufacturing, oil & gas, mining, distribution, infrastructure, telecommunications, mortuary services, and specialty chemicals. She has expertise in advising management on how to efficiently plan, coordinate, and manage the Chapter 11 process and effectively communicate with critical stakeholders. Clients' revenues have ranged from $150 million $17 billion. Denise has a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Hofstra University. She is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor and a board member of the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors.
