He focuses on improvements in operations and profitability across several areas, including strategic menu pricing, sales channel profitability, overhead cost reduction, store-level operations, new-business assessment, and financial modeling. Before joining AlixPartners, he owned and operated Papa John’s units as a franchisee and grew average sales to nearly $1 million while achieving 95% customer service satisfaction levels, and he was in private equity and investment banking on several restaurant and retail transactions.
