François has 30 years of experience in industry, including at Renault and Thales Avionics, as well as in business services consulting. His strong industrial background covers many lean projects in production and in developments. François’s clients benefit from his deep expertise in major transformation and restructuring plans (mainly labor cost optimization), carve-out/integration operations, wide cost reduction programs, agility programs, and purchasing programs. François focuses primarily on industrial clients in the aerospace, defense, and automotive sectors as well as in retail, with a specialty in restaurants. François graduated from SupAéro Engineer School and has an MBA in entrepreneurship cum laude from INSEAD. He speaks French, English, and Spanish.
